Watercrest is owned and operated by Bob Barrette, who has been immersed in construction since graduating high school in 1991. Over the past three decades, he has contributed to hundreds of projects across the Lower Mainland, including large, high-end custom homes in Langley and White Rock, as well as numerous restaurants and commercial buildings throughout the region. Bob currently resides in Crescent Beach with his wife and children, where he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle—fishing, surfing, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his family.​
